I used Bob Septak on 2 out of 3 transactions. The transactions I used him for went perfect, no hitches and they turned out to be a good buy for me. The one I didn’t use him on, was a disaster.
I recommend Bob and his company because he is detail oriented and wouldn’t sell anything he wouldn’t buy himself.
