Great opportunity for a full-time or part-time periodontist with an interest in future partnership to join an established, multi-location periodontal practice in Greenville and Anderson, South Carolina. The successful candidate will treat the existing patient base and build relationships with referring doctors to aid in the overall growth and success of the practice.
The ideal candidate will share a philosophy on excellent patient care and an emphasis on patient education as a cornerstone of practice success. Experienced periodontists and new graduates are welcome!
Requirements
- South Carolina Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified

Practice & Technology
This thriving, privately owned, fee-for-service practice generates $3 million in annual collections with 40 to 60 new patients per month. With a strong referral base, the practice provides all periodontal procedures, including implants (single to fixed hybrids), bone regeneration, sinus augmentations, soft tissue, and laser therapy.
The associate will work at two locations: Greenville, SC, 29607 (5 operatories) and a brand-new facility in Anderson (4 operatories plumbed, plus 4 not yet plumbed). The busy, friendly, and efficient practice is paperless and supported by a dedicated, established team, with every member employed from 3 to 15 years.
The state-of-the-art, modern facilities feature new dental equipment and advanced technology, including:
- Cone Beam CT (CBCT) imaging
- Lasers
- New implant motors
- Digital radiographs
- Intraoral cameras

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Structure: 35% of collections after adjustments
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am–2:00 pm
- Retirement: 401(k) with 4% match and profit sharing after 18 months
